"A True Leader Must Appreciate His Critics" - GEJ

Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has ravealed one of the true qualities a leader must possess saying that while he was in office, that he did not hold any grudge against his critics.

He said this as a result of the current post Mohammed DeeDee wrote on his Twitter where he pleaded with GEJ to forgive him of his critics while he was still in office.

It was noticed that in November 2014, DeeDee had criticised the former government over the high exchange rate of currencies in the country.

He wrote: “Today a dollar is N180 and a pound is N280 hope u have a family…this is really d transformation agenda..!! GEJ has finished Nigeria.”

DeeDee now realised that things were really better during the former administration, because he is now witnessing the current exchange rate to be $1 - N500 and £1 - N600 in this current administration, therefore he now took to Twitter to plead for forgiveness from the past government.

Jonathan on the other hand reacted to his plea by saying that he should not feel bad at all, because one quality of a good leader is to appreciate his critics.
