A section of Independent commissions monitoring the electoral process are now calling on political players to tone down their rhetoric as the country heads to the polls. The constitutional bodies including Kenya national Commission for Human Rights and the commission on administrative justice say the move by major political parties to claim majority of support is polarizing the country.
