President Trump fires back at UK PM over criticism of his far-right retweet

President Donald Trump has back-fired a Twitter broadside at British Prime Minister, Theresa May, creating an abnormal diplomatic misunderstanding between the two allies.

“Theresa theresamay, don’t focus on me, focus on the destructive Radical Islamic Terrorism that is taking place within the United Kingdom,” Trump posted on Wednesday evening. “We are doing just fine!”

The US President's tweet came in response to criticism from May’s spokesman over his retweeting of anti-Muslim videos posted by the deputy leader of a British far-right group.
