Nigeria: BVN has been extended to October 31st by CBN

In Nigeria, the Biometric Verification Number enrolment has been extended by the Central Bank to October 31st and those long queues found in banks in recent weeks might finally reduce. The extension followed several appeals by Nigerians. But there is this rumour that those without BVN cannot perform online banking.
