Chris Brown is detained in Philippines for failing to show up at a 2014 concert

Chris Brown staged a concert on Tuesday night at SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena in Pasay City. It went well and fans were happy, but afterwards, he was told he could not leave the country yet because of a case filed against him at the Department of Justice for failing to show up in a Dec. 31, 2014, Philippine Arena concert which he top-billed.
