David Luiz is back to Chelsea

Chelsea have confirmed that they have agreed terms to re-sign David Luiz from Paris Saint-Germain on deadline day. The Defender left for PSG but shall return to a club he once played in, before Mourinho sold him.
And Antonio Conte's side have now confirmed that they have struck a deal with the French champions to bring Luiz back to west London.
