Amnesty International reacts to SA-ICC ruling

That was the judgment handed down by the Court's pre-trial chamber after Pretoria failed to arrest President Al-Bashir when he visited Johannesburg during an African Union Heads of State Summit in 2015. The Court also rejected South Africa's arguments that al-Bashir enjoyed immunity while in the country as a visiting head of state.
