When your Brain Prevents you from Sleeping

The worst thought patterns that keep you awake at night! Being unable to sleep is a common affliction affecting all humans across the globe. And since you are here reading this that probably includes you! In today’s video we will delve into some of the reasons that you stay awake even though you really don’t want to. For this video I have donated $100 to the Alzheimers association to help cure that horrible disease. I have lost loved ones to it and have seen its horrors so would love to be able to rid others in the future of that pain.
