Neuer deserves the Ballon d'Or, another Ronaldo win would be boring, says Muller

Thomas Muller has made it clear that he neither believes in Ronaldo winning the Ballon d'Or for the third time nor Messi winning it for the 5th time. He told Sky Sports that another Ronaldo win would be boring and instead gave support to the German and Bayern goal keeper who is the third nominee.

"If Ronaldo wins it again, it would be very boring. Then you'd have to question the choice," he told Sky. "Neuer is there because he became a world champions and has shown his brilliant otherwise.
"Robben, for example, was outstanding. There are even some Germany players who deserve it. I've already given my opinion. These elections aren't so important to me. I see myself as a team player."
