Former Lagos State Governor's website cost 73 million Naira

This will be disgusting if true. Unless it is a web application or something more, how can a website where information about a State Governor cost that much? Not that the website is worth a lot of money in terms of design. Check out the N73m website at tundefashola.com
Had it been he spent his personal money on it, it would be fine, but it's taxpayers money.
