Former Lagos State Governor who spent N73m on a website defends himself

The former Lagos State governor Babatunde Fashola who was on fire for spending 73 million naira on a website, worth almost $460k (USD) at that time, has defended himself. He claims to pay 12m Naira for the website upgrading, then the rest put into other services like Handover Countdown Clock, Mobile Apps for google, apple, microsoft and Blackberry. but it's still too much though!
