Meet Hong-Kong's youngest lawmaker
23-year-old ex-student leader, Nathan Law Kwun-Chung who, among five other student leasers, led the popular protest against Chinese rule of the Islands in 2014, has become the youngest ever elected legislator in the council. He bagged 50818 votes.
He said:
'It can be described as a miracle that I won. It was out of my imagination that I won with more than 50,000 votes. The [large number of] votes will remind me to do better and not to let people down in the next four years.'
