There is interest from Inter and AC Milan for Alex Telles, but their proposals have been for loans, while talks have not developed over Diogo Dalot's sale.

Newcastle United are among the clubs keen on a loan deal for Axel Tuanzebe, who wants to play more regular football, particularly with Varane expected to join.

Tuanzebe will be among the United players travelling to Derby County's Pride Park for their friendly against Wayne Rooney's side on Sunday before spending a week at England rugby union's training HQ Pennyhill Park.

The state-of-the art complex has been used by England's football team and NFL sides in recent months, as well as Rooney's Derby squad last week.

United had a Covid scare this week with an outbreak among staff, but it is not expected to affect the main party due to travel today.
