Actor Segun Arinze Denies Homosexuality Rumors in Nollywood

Segun Arinze, a seasoned Nigerian actor, has voiced his doubts on the purported homosexuality that permeates the Nollywood sector.
In an interview with Arise TV, the 59-year-old actor made it clear that he had nothing to do with any widespread homosexuality in the profession.
The actor said that his colleagues in the Nollywood industry do not bend over, denying any role in the allegation.

He added that as he doesn't engage in such activity, he is unable to confirm the allegations made against some of his Nollywood colleagues.

"I said," he said.

"I can't respond to that because I don't bend over backwards. If they do bend over, they ought to continue doing so. Their issue is that.

He added that he thinks his coworkers who identify as homosexual are adults with the right to follow their own desires.

Since they are adults, they are free to do as they like. I don't care about it. That is not anything I will worry about. I like to live a simple life, take care of my business, and act like the professional I am; I dislike such flashbacks. He went on.
