According to witnesses, they say a bird was flying in the sky and suddenly, the bird turned into a woman. And when they approached her, she confessed to have killed four people this week.
This was claimed to have taken place at Imulokanle street, Ishaga bus stop off Ebule Egba Ekoro road, Lagos.
They say the woman has been wandering around the streets and the residents are pleading with the police to come take her.
