Wabara has explained that even though he isn't a military man, he knows what cowardice is. He believes that Obasanjo is one.

Wabara agreed that although he owes his popularity in Nigeria to Obasanjo, the former President was afraid of coming to him to address issues, rather he would go through the backdoor (through his brother) to get at him.
