Meet The World's Poorest President, Jose Mujica of Uruguay. He has been in power since 2010 and earns $12,000 a month, but he donates 90% of that to the poor and startups. This is why he is the poorest. He drives a beetle and lives in a farm house with his wife and three legged dog.
