The Prince of Dubai dies of Heart Attack
The first son of the king of Dubai, Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, died during the early hours of yesterday, 19 september of what according to family members was a heart attack. His father, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the King/Prime Minister of Dubai, as is custom has declared a 3-day mourning period for the 33 year old Prince; during which time the flags of the UAE will be flown at half mast.

Before his death, Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, was a sportsman, businessman and the owner of one of the largest horse stables in the country. He was not the Heir apparent to the throne, his younger brother Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was.
