Man breaks into White House trying to steal Obama's dog

A funny man has been charged to court after he was caught by Police in Washington DC, trying to kidnap one of President Obama's two pet dogs. Officials say Scott Stockert - who is from the state of North Dakota - was planning to snatch one of the dogs, either Bo or Sunny.
