Mental health is just as important as physical health
On Bell Let’s Talk Day 2018 (January 31st), Bell will donate more towards mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing 5¢ for every applicable text, call, tweet, social media video view and use of their Facebook frame or Snapchat filter.

Let's talk about mental health deals with issues and concerns by opening up the lines of communication regarding this topic. We all have mental health, so how do we deal with and ensure that we have a positive mental well-being? Positive self-care (food, mental & physical health), awareness, support systems and ensuring that help is sought if and when needed.
