Fans Attack With Petrol Bomb During AEK Athens vs Ajax Match
Before the Champions League match between AEK Athens and Ajax, an AEK fan threw a suspected petrol bomb into the away end which exploded into a flame ball and left many fans wounded.

The match ended 2-0 in favour of Ajax but the main action was off the field.

Riot police were brought in to try and calm the situation down, but to no avail.

Pictures emerged on social media of fans with blood streaming down their faces being held back by police.

Fans had already been segregated by blocks of empty seats, but that was not enough as clashes broke out between the travelling Dutch fans and the Greeks.
