The couple has experienced a tumultuous two weeks. On Sunday night, West's clothing line Yeezy purchased Super Bowl ad slots in local markets, and a puzzling, brief advertisement for the brand was broadcast near the end of the game. West appears to have filmed the clip himself using the front camera of an iPhone. The complaint submitted to the Superior Court of the State of California includes several documented text messages sent to Jane Doe and other employees that utilize the terms “Nazi,” “Hitler,” “bitch,” and “deathcon.” The recent social media outbursts by West targeting Jewish individuals, as well as his behavior during Censori’s appearance on the Grammys red carpet, have revealed a different aspect of his conduct, according to the law firm representing the plaintiff.

The ex-Yeezy employee is taking legal action against him for economic, compensatory, non-economic (such as emotional distress and humiliation), and punitive damages.
