MTN Nigeria could face 5bn Lawsuit for violating privacy of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mr. Rickey Tarfa
It will be recalled that the communication between Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mr. Rickey Tarfa and a judge was revealed to EFCC and Sahara Reporters. 
Tarfa is seeking a court declaration that his right to privacy was violated when his phone call records/log was allegedly accessed without his authority and made available to Sahara Reporters and other online news media without a lawful court order.

He is urging the court to order MTN and EFCC to pay him N5billion for the violation of his rights.
