Wizkid, a Nigerian artist, recently won people over with his unexpected visit to the mother of his former signee, LAX.

The Grammy-winning artist was seen on camera storming into her home and bowing down to greet her politely.

Many admirers praised Wizkid's attitude of elders after witnessing the endearing exchange between the musician and LAX's mother.

The unexpected visit that Nigerian musician Ayodeji Balogun, better known by his stage as Wizkid, made to the mother's home of his former signee Damilola Abdulrasaq Afolabi, also known as LAX, garnered media attention.

Members of LAX's family were seen escorting her mother down the stairs to greet visitors in a video that went viral on social media.

The elderly grandmother was tense until she saw Wizkid. In accordance with Yoruba custom, the Grammy-winning artist also immediately prostrated himself on the ground as a sign of respect.

While yelling with delight and referring to Wizkid as her child, LAX's mother rushed to give him a firm embrace.

In another segment of the film, LAX's mother was seen sitting next to Wizkid on a couch and praising him while saying heartfelt prayers. The vocalist made sure to reaffirm her statements.
