Adeola Kehinde Oloyede, a well-known businessman from Oshodi, was Funke Akindele's first spouse in 2012.
Before dissolving, this union was beset by accusations of abuse and infidelity. Then again in 2016 to JJC Skillz, whose real name is Abudulrahseed Bello. During their marriage, which ended in 2020, they had twin boys.
Akindele has now, however, talked candidly about the knowledge she acquired from her prior marriages.
She cited herself as an example in September 2023, pointing out that she got married shortly after giving in to peer pressure. She has remained optimistic and used her experiences to mentor other women in spite of her setbacks.
