Afrobeats icon Davido has announced that he and his bride, Chioma, will wed in a white wedding ceremony in Miami, USA, in August.

"I'm doing my white wedding in Miami in August," Davido said in an appearance on The Breakfast Club, confirming the forthcoming ceremony. Because of our public relationship and the numerous events that have transpired, aside from the death of our child, our traditional marriage shut down Nigeria.

The news was made ten months after their extravagant traditional wedding, which was attended by dignitaries and well-known celebrities and took place at the Eko Hotels in Lagos in June 2024.
