Tana Adelana’s “Tender Edges” debuts on YouTube

Following a successful festival run, well-known actress and director Tana Adelana has expanded her reach to a wider audience with the publication of her latest film, Tender Edges, on YouTube.

With 11 nominations at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF) and three at the Abuja International Film Festival (AIFF), Great-Valentine Edochie's film Tender Edges enjoyed its moment of glory on the international scene. Additionally, it was formally chosen to be screened at the African Cultural Film Festival.

The movie won two major accolades: Best actor at AIFF and Best Female Filmmaker at TINFF, confirming Tana Adelana's versatility as a storyteller and actor

Through intricate storytelling and gripping performances, Tender Edges delves into the emotional depths of love, loss, hurt, and personal development. Tana Adelana co-stars in the movie with Wole Ojo, Angel Unigwe, and Rita Edochie, a seasoned actress.

Speaking about the release, Adelana explained that the decision to make the movie available for free streaming was a means of strengthening her relationship with her followers and spreading genuine African stories around the world.
