Mansard Insurance building behind Exxon Mobil on Aboyede Cole in Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria is on fire. A tanker bringing in diesel exploded. It is still not known whether this is a terrorist attack or an accident. Meanwhile, volunteers and firefighters are rushing to the scene.
