EU prepares to share refugee quota to help migrants coming to Europe for a safer haven or greener pastures. Thousands of refugees flood into Italy, spain, Greece, Malta and several other EU country and now the burden could be distributed. According to the BBC, "The European Commission will make the controversial proposal that EU member countries should take in refugees under an EU quota scheme."
