You all know she just gave birth so she will be using the opportunity to show off her baby and other things she got. She's out of the hospital and has snapped back already. Coco shared the picture of her post-baby body above and wrote, ' Fresh out of the hospital..I can't believe I became a mommy to a beautiful baby girl 4 days ago. I'm feeling Fab!'
