The command, therefore, urged motorists to continue to be law abiding in order to avoid being subjected to examination process and subsequent withdrawal of their driving licenses when the outcome of the test indicate negative mental state.
“Although the measures that are being made by the commission to save lives are yielding positive results, but the commission has noted that as one traffic challenge is being surmounted, another one reared its head, which compelled the corps to reintroduce psychological test on traffic offenders,” the statement said.
