According to him, in the south-east zone, there are also problems.
Enugu from 2013, Ebonyi 2014 and Abia have not accessed their funds despite demand for them to do so. This is just as he urged other states yet to access their funds to try and do so.
According to the UBEC boss: "There is need for us to plan and have a very precise idea of those strategic areas that will help us tackle and build the kind of foundation we need.
“I am also very happy to say that by the end of September, we are going to have a national basic education sector plan that can move the basic education sector forward,”
