Wike Did Not Disparage Peter Odili

I don't find anything in Minister Nyesom Wike's statement that suggests he intended to degrade Peter Odili, the former governor of Rivers State and an older statesman. In its context, his remark that Mr. Odili is the "general overseer" of Rivers State is not derogatory.
