Diaspora Dial: Meet APC’s New Director of Mobilisation Ready to Innovate

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth League has named Adebayo Oketooto as its new Director of Diaspora Mobilization for North America as part of an effort to increase its global footprint.

Comrade Olamide Lawal, the National President of the APC Youth League, signed a letter announcing the appointment in Abuja.

The newsmen were given access to the letter, which stated that the new hire was selected because of his "dedication, hard work, commitment, and loyalty" to the party's and the league's goals.

In his role as Director of Diaspora Mobilization, he would be in charge of organizing the league's structure across North America, making sure it works, and rallying support for our fantastic party, the APC, particularly during general elections.

"We are confident that Comrade Oketooto's abilities and extensive experience will be a huge help to him in this new role," Lawal stated.

"His contributions would be valuable to the success of our group, and we expect him to work closely with other members of the group to achieve our goals and objectives," he said.

The party is attempting to rally support from Nigerians residing outside, especially in North America, with this appointment. To further the party's principles and programs, the APC Youth League has been actively interacting with diaspora groups.

Coordinating the league's activities in North America and making sure that members are devoted to the party's success are two of the most important tasks of the new Director of Diaspora Mobilization.
