Ugandan beauty Eva Apio, who is residing in the UK, has finally spoken out about her alleged romance with Nigerian artist Asake.

After being spotted together at several occasions and making public appearances, there have been rumors that the two are dating.

In response to a previous post that said she was the Afrobeats artist's girlfriend, the model emphasized on Sunday via her X handle that she is not romantically involved with Asake.

The X user posted a picture of Asake and Apio that went viral with the description, "Asake and his Girlfriend (Eva Apio)."

Apio texted back, "I was never his girlfriend."
