How KieKie's 7-Year Journey to Fame Offers Crucial Life Lessons

Kiekie, a well-known actress and sketch creator, has talked candidly about her rise to fame on the TTM Show, which is hosted by Tobi Makinde.

Referring to herself as a “late bloomer,” she disclosed that, although starting to produce video in 2013, it wasn’t until 2020 that she finally gained broad recognition, a seven-year journey of perseverance.

She claimed that her enthusiasm for creating content kept her going in spite of the early lack of success.

Kiekie used money from various occupations, most notably her employment as a fashion stylist, which included dressing singer Simi, to support her artistic endeavors.

She pointed out that her 2018 Fashion Shock Show was her first viral hit and opened doors for influencers.

I sometimes refer to myself as a late bloomer, which makes my narrative special. Since it actually took seven years to become well-known.

"I began producing stuff in 2013, but it wasn't until 2020 that I became well-known. I spent seven years doing what I love all the time, paying for it with the money I made from other professions.

I used to be a stylist, as some people who knew me before I became well-known as a content provider would know. I used to style Simi.

"The Fashion Shock Show, which began in 2018, was my first viral content, and I was getting some influencing gigs," she said.

Now celebrated for her vibrant energy and comedic talent, Kiekie attributed her current success to years of unwavering dedication and consistency, noting that once she gained the spotlight in 2020, her career trajectory soared. 

“The moment I hit the spotlight, it just continued like that,” she added.
