It has been revealed that Aminu Tambuwal, even when he was still with PDP, had had a meeting with the APC stakeholders in the North who advised him to abandon his Presidential ambition to Gubernatorial, where is will be quite sure of winning.
He has shown interest in becoming the governor of Sokoto State, but his friends/associates at the House of Reps picked up the Presidential ticket worth over 27 million Naira for him in Abuja
