Aisha Jummai set to make history in Nigeria - First female Governor-Elect

Taraba State could very soon elect a female to lead the state for four years following the outcome of the April 2015 election. Aisha Jummai would have been second in her state but the election was inconclusive and a re-run has been ordered by INEC. If she succeeds in the re-run, she would make history in Nigeria as First female Governor-Elect. She is a member of the APC
