Some aggrieved fans and those who lost bets are suing for being deceived by Manny Pacquiao. He should have reported shoulder injury before Vegas fight so that their money wouldn't have gone to him. And they are suing for $5m. Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran are suing on behalf of a class that feel cheated.
