Surgeon removes arrow from a man's hand

An archer mistakenly shot himself in the hand and a surgeon used this opportunity to train other surgeons on how this situation could be handled. In the video, the arrow is first cut with a ring cutter then pulled out. Everything went well though but there's lots of blood. The video was uploaded to YouTube by Dr. Carlo Otter, an emergency room physician in Cartersville.
