Senator Ben Murray-Bruce posted series of tweets about the plans by Nigeria FG to distribute NASCO biscuit to pupils. He said "Even if you give pupils Nasco biscuit & don't pay teachers well, you 'll end up with biscuit illiterates." Then the solution he offered was to start by paying teachers well. See his tweets.
