Elderly man dumped after paying 100-level female student’s fees

A heartbreaking video shows the emotional collapse of an old Ghanaian man who says he was dumped by a young woman he helped financially during her academic career.

The now-viral video shows the man sobbing excessively in front of worried classmates on what looks to be a university campus.

He described how he made significant investments in the young woman's future by covering her tuition costs, meeting her educational demands, and supporting her since her first year of university, all while speaking through tears and with a pronounced Ghanaian accent.

The father reportedly said that as the student gained admission and gained more independence, he abandoned his substantial personal sacrifices to guarantee her study continued.

Online, the scene has generated conflicting responses. While some social media users have voiced concern over the occurrence, many others have expressed fury over their age difference.
