INEC was never ready for election, PDP Chairman confirms following the released statistics of voters card distribution. PDP would have failed since the areas they are more popular with for the Presidential elections have very low collection percentage. PDP Chairman Adamu Muazu says that INEC was never prepared for the earlier proposed date of February 14th for the general elections.
