"My dear friends, fans, Ndi Anambra, and members of our wonderful party,
First and foremost, I honor God Almighty, the origin of grace, strength, and wisdom. His light always finds a way to show through when all else is gloomy. Every day, his mercies are renewed and endured, and for that, I am incredibly thankful.
"Today, I formally filed a petition contesting the so-called primary election held in Anambra on April 5, 2025, before the Appeals Committee of our wonderful party, the All Progressives Congress (APC)." By all observable standards, that exercise was a fake, a carefully planned heist intended to produce a specific result.
"Now that the facts are out there: The list of delegates was filled with non-party members; true party supporters were physically or physically prevented from casting ballots;Votes were counted in an opaque manner, and accreditation was either omitted or falsified.
"It's not only about me. It concerns our democracy's core. About the principles we say we uphold. Regarding the future we owe our kids.
Many people are now wondering, "Val, what next?" My response is straightforward and unwavering: I'll stick with it. I didn't enter politics to get praise, shop for appointments, or decorate the register. I became a member of a generation that rebuilds our political system, holds the government responsible, and creates the kind of nation we all deserve.
"I have a clear mission. It is to provide excellent, visionary, and humble service to Ndi Anambra. That mission started long before April 5th, and it will go on long beyond that day of betrayal.
I won't be distracted as a result. For the sake of ambition, I will not run for the Senate or change my course to pursue another political opportunity. I will remain steadfast in the APC and see this noble battle through to its fair conclusion. since Ndi Anambra are valuable. because it is worth it for our democracy.
We learn from history that freedom must be fought for; it is never granted freely. Moses bringing the children of Israel out of Egypt, the American Civil Rights Movement, Nelson Mandela's protracted journey to freedom, Nigeria's own struggle for independence from the British — all serve as a reminder that oppression always resists before collapsing. Today, we are seeing the last kicks of a system that is afraid of change. However, Anambra needs to reform permanently. And it will.
To be clear, I am not a politician who engages in transactions. Power is not something I pursue for its own sake. My goal is to make a difference, to secure lives, generate jobs, restore dignity, and illuminate a path for future generations. The April 5 scam was a steal against Ndi Anambra as well as a fraud on myself.
I say this to the people who planned that manipulation: The future cannot be bought off or intimidated. People are observing. History is being written.

"I want to encourage all of our followers, including the Valiants, the dreamers, the believers, and the dedicated builders of this movement: Keep your heads up. We are still on our mission. Remain resilient. Remain optimistic. We are not going to give up. We're not going to shatter.
Let's remind the APC that this election is crucial for the credibility of our party and the future of our country, not only for Anambra. The Party still has an opportunity to make amends and field a candidate who can actually win and lead.
"May we be guided by wisdom, strengthened by courage, and sustained by God's grace."
