The Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari promised to release ministerial list / submit the name of his cabinet to the senate for approval by the end of September, and today is the last day of September. There has been rumours but we do not want to dwell on rumours. We are awaiting the list. But at least, we know the Minister of Petroleum. See the full list here:
