Pump Price of Petrol reduced by N0.5 in Nigeria and people are making fun of it

The Nigerian Federal Government has reduced the pump price of petrol from N87 to N86.50, a difference of N0.5 which isn't all that attractive to the public who voted in a government that promised that petrol would sell at N40 per litre.
