Ari told reporters in Bauchi that he sent multiple letters to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to give his version of events, but they were turned down. He added that his testimony had been rejected by the tribunal presiding over the case involving Ahmadu Fintiri and Aisha Binani.

Ari maintained that he had strong proof to back up his claims, but he was never asked to do so. He showed letters he wrote to INEC and documents he said were genuine result sheets.

"The dismissal is not my problem," he stated. Civil service policies, processes, and services regulate the civil service.

You must be heard, according to what is known as the golden rule of natural justice in law. Without sending the texts, the prophets, and the messages, even God will never punish anyone.

"The tribunal stated they were not using my evidence after INEC refused to collect my letters. Even as a regular judge, how would you respond to that? He inquired.

Ari stated, "Wallahi, whatever I do, I do it within the bounds of the Quran," while holding a copy of the Holy Quran. We must never forget the last day.

Ari further claimed that during the 2023 election process, certain INEC employees were intimidated, assaulted, and compromised. He bemoaned that the media had tested him and emphasized that he had no remorse for what he had done. He also said that he would do the same thing again since he felt he was on the right side of the truth.

The sacked REC declared, "I can even announce it now, she won the election against Fintiri," and added that he is currently deliberating with friends and family to choose his future move.
