Massive Setback: Nedu's N500m Lawsuit Shakes VeryDarkMan!

Popular media personality Nedu Wazobia has sent a pre-action notice to social media critic VeryDarkMan after his page allegedly contained defamatory remarks.

This was revealed by VeryDarkMan in an Instagram post.

On Wednesday, February 19, 2025, VeryDarkMan posted a 12-minute video on his YouTube and Instagram profiles that, according to the attorneys for Nedu and Tokindrumz Picture and Media Ltd, contained "a host of defamatory, false, and disparaging attacks and rhetoric" against their clients.

The video, "How Nedu Diverted NGO Scholarship Meant for Nigerians," was deemed untrue by them.

They also made it clear that Nedu is a talent under the Tokindrumz brand and not the company's owner.

Nonetheless, they insisted that VeryDarkMan "apologise publicly, pay N500m for the harm done to Nedu's reputation, and remove all videos featuring Nedu from all of his platforms within 24 hours of receiving the notice."

They warned that noncompliance would lead to legal action.


In a video posted to his Instagram page, VeryDarkMan acknowledged the notice and advised his supporters to get ready for the court battle.

"Nedu's attorneys have served me, so prepare for the court case," he stated.
