Davido announces new date for fifth album “5ive”

Superstar Davido of Afrobeats has rescheduled the release of his eagerly awaited album "5ive" till April 18, 2025.

The original release date of the album was set for March 15, 2025.

With the release of the singles "Funds," featuring Chike and Odumodu Blvck, and "Awuke," featuring Jamaican Dancehall artist YG Marley, fans have already been given a taste of what's to come despite the delay.

When Davido made the announcement in 2024, he characterized "5ive" as a deliberate and personal record.
