Breaking: Ijoba Lande's Wife Apologies Amid Infidelity Scandal

Darasimi, the wife of Ijoba Lande, has apologized for her alleged adultery and begged her husband and Nigerians everywhere to forgive her.

She expressed her sadness and swore never to make the same mistake again in an interview with the Talk to B podcast.

Don't be angry with me, Ijoba Lande. Additionally, I'm pleading with Nigerians worldwide and everyone I've let down. I did not pray to repeat this error, but this is not who I am. And I'm never going to step near it again," she remarked with tears in her eyes. She said, "I implore you in the name of God, I'm so sorry, I'm very sorry."

Her confession comes after actress Baba Tee and Mary Gold, the manager of Ijoba Lande and Darasimi's closest friend, made similar remarks and apologized for their involvement in the controversy.

After first denying the accusations, Baba Tee subsequently acknowledged having a brief sexual contact with Darasimi. Mary Gold, meanwhile, admitted to setting up their rendezvous.

Widespread reactions followed Ijoba Lande's public accusation of Baba Tee and others of having an affair with his wife, which set off the scandal.
